Integrity Connect have launched a new service that allows clients to add a BRE into their outbound Clarity Mail pack. The BRE carries a unique PO box reference that means it is returned to Connect via a freepost service. Using a unique 2d barcode to identify the client, the returned mail is scanned and uploaded to a secure portal. An email notification is sent to the client and they can then access the portal to view or download the scanned items.
