Integrity Connect, part of the Integrity Communications Group, has made another strategic investment in its production capabilities, with the acquisition of a Bowe Fusion Cross Dual Channel High-Speed Inserter for processing both cut sheet and continuous stationery applications with camera matching to three of six insert feeders.
The investment complements the business’s capabilities for processing secure, critical customer communications and high-volume direct marketing applications, in addition to its digital channels.

David Wright, Managing Director of Integrity Connect added: “We needed to increase our mailing output capabilities and replace some of our legacy inserting equipment. Having had a positive experience with the Bowe Group, which supplied us with a high-speed letter sorting machine in 2021 and has provided first-class service support for all of our mailing equipment, it was logical to invest in one of their high-speed Fusion Cross Inserting Systems. ”

The Fusion Cross has two input channels, giving us the flexibility to feed work to it from both our continuous and cut-sheet Canon inkjet lines. It also has camera matching between the input channels and on three of the insert feeders for processing highly personalised mailings. The Fusion Cross is very operator friendly enabling us to enclose into DL, C5 and C4 outer envelopes with minimal change over time between jobs. The Fusion Cross operates a closed loop file-based enclosing system to ensure 100% accuracy of all mailings and gives a significant boost to our available enclosing capacity.”
